Who doesn’t like French Fries? I mean really, what isn’t there to love? These oven garlic fries are a fun spin on flavor from the traditional fry, I hope you give them a try!
The garlic parsley sauce is drizzled over the top of the fries, don’t skip the sauce! It takes these fries to another level. The sauce is a great alternative to traditional catsup (no sugar, and contains healthy fats!) The sauce made my husband and I wish we’d made a double batch, it was such a delicious combination, oh yum…

Preheat the oven to 425. Line a rimmed cookie sheet with foil or use a rimmed stoneware baking pan.
Scrub the potatoes (no need to peel) and slice into about 1/4 inch thick pieces. Place the potato pieces, olive oil, salt, paprika, and pepper in a medium bowl and stir to coat. Spread the fries out on the rimmed sheet and place in the oven. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, stirring once or twice during the baking to make sure the fries are evenly browned.
While the fries are cooking mix the garlic sauce together in a small bowl. Adjust salt until desired flavor is reached.
Drizzle the garlic sauce over the fries and serve piping hot!
Try serving these fries with French Dip Sandwiches, Hamburgers, BBQ Beef Sandwiches, a steak top with Bleu Cheese Rosemary Compound Butter, or Fajita Burgers.
Oh Please…. YUM!
