These little cups taste like a real treat! They are rich and have a wonderful blend of flavors.
There’s a little secret about them, can you keep it?!? Don’t tell anyone, okay? They are healthy. Wait till you taste them, you won’t believe it!
I love fall flavors, but my mind is already turning to Christmas treats. These little chocolates are a great gift and perfect for holiday entertaining, you just have to make sure you keep them cool or the coconut oil will melt and you’ll need a straw to suck them out of the little papers, not a pretty sight at a party.
These treats keep in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks too, REALLY could this little piece of heaven get any better?

Peanut, Coconut, and Chocolate Cups
Slightly adapted from thepurposedheart.com
Line a mini muffin tin with 24 paper liners (or 12 regular muffin cups with liners for larger cups.)
In the bowl of a food processor blend the coconut oil, cocoa powder, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until it is well mixed. Add the peanuts and coconut and pulse until chopped.
Spoon the mixture into the paper lined muffin tins and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. If you are in a real hurry you can place them in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes instead! Keep the cups chilled in an airtight container when storing.
