Breakfast pizza is just fun! My kids love to help prepare it and sprinkle the toppings.
Use whatever pizza crust you like, homemade or purchased. If you haven’t given my quick and easy crust a try I hope you do! It has very minimal rising time and it can be made in less than 5 minutes, perfect for breakfast.
Top this pizza with any breakfast toppings you like, or have on hand. Think about what you would put into an egg scramble and use those same things for the toppings. Be creative and have fun!
- 1 pizza crust, any type you like
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- toppings as desired, such as ham, bacon, breakfast sausage, onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc.
Preheat the oven to 425. Stretch the pizza crust onto a pizza pan, making sure there is a small “lip” of dough around the edges.
In a small bowl mix the 4 eggs together and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture on top of the crust and make sure it spreads out evenly. Sprinkle the toppings onto the eggs and finish by evenly distributing the cheese.
Bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Serve topped with hot sauce (if desired!)
